Downloading is right or wrong according to:

1. Immanuel Kant

 Downloading is wrong because some things in the net are available through copying from other people unknowingly. I heard other issues stating: " once it's in the internet, it is for everyone." So, if other people stole the intelectual properties of other and publishs it in the internet, then the victim is at so much loss. Kant's Golden Mean, "do it to others what you like other to do to you," and the silver mean: " do not do unto other what you like other to do unto you." So, do not steal others properties and files and do not publish it, if you don't want these things to happen to you .

Downloading is right if it can used correctly. Downloading through the net uses the minimal amount of natural resources and causes minimal wastes so that it will not harm our environment. The golden rule implemented here is to use "downloading" to save our planet, by not using extra papers and plastics when purchasing the real thing in the market.

2. John Stuart Mill

 Downloading is wrong in the sense that the majority (the downloader and the consumer of the products) is abusing through piracy and reproducing copies illegally and the minority(the artists, singers, producers,etc.) will not gain much profit from their products and services.

In a utilitarian sense, downloading is right for the majority. Downloading gives less effort and less expense to them. Whereby, the singers, the owners and the producers as the minorities who suffer from the loss will be meaningless for they are from the minority. Because in the Utiliranism Morality, what benefits the majority is more important than the effects to the minority.

3.Friedrich Nietszche

 Downloading is wrong in a master-slave morality.Because the slave type morality are the downloaders and the users of the works of other people. the downloader copy and download the works of the original makers and sometimes claim it as theirs. They are violating the rights of Intelectual properties of others.

 The master morality type are the thinkers and the producers of the works in the net. And  i nthe internet, copying from others works is very simple.

 Downloading is right for master morality type for they can show and share their talent to the world. And in return, they will gain fame and glory for their greatness.
